Talking HEMP with Georgia’s Agriculture Commissioner Gary Black

This week Georgia C.A.R.E. director James Bell met with Georgia Commissioner of Agriculture Gary Black to discuss the future of Georgia’s hemp industries. Bell has drafted a policy paper designed to guide Georgia to re-establishing hemp as a viable cash crop for farmers.

“Re-Establishing Hemp Farming in Georgia – 2015” offers an over view of the history of hemp in America and uses the 2014 Tennessee hemp legislation as a model proposal.
